Looking for a wheeled battery charger, not sure what brands are good, would love a personal recommendation before I take the leap.

I did find an old thread about battery chargers, but that tended towards smaller ones. I specifically want one that is beefy enough to jump start, and can put through a decent amount of constant amperage. (When flashing ECUs need to maintain good voltage for long periods.)

I'm not up on any current brands or models, and I'm hesitant to even reccomend this due to what a E36 M3ty company they were(largely due to the ownership), but if you can find an old Schumacher 8050 used it should do the job. About the only problem we ever had was the button diodes would pop off the heat sink occasionally.

I think Professor Brap? has an interesting home made one that uses a lawnmower engine and an alternator.
