Remember my Find Me a Gasket thread? Turns out most of you were right. Not the back plate that's leaking oil on the rear of the 22r. It has to be the valve cover gasket.
Damn. Now I've got a "hole" in my head and a $13 gasket I can't return. There's some serious finger yoga coming up.
I'm riding the bike to work tomorrow.

Surprisingly, it went back together more easily than it came apart.
I fear this.
That was the EGR, wasnt it?

Valve cover gasket gets done tomorrow.
Put the gasket in a nice tighly sealed plastic bag. Label it well and put it in a safe, dry place where it won't get steped on, painted or pinched.

Three years from now when the backing plate pukes, you won't be able to find this gasket until you spend another $13 you can't get back. You'll find it after the tools are put away.
