Have a set of Bilstein B14 coilovers for my Fiesta ST. The original owner lost the rear shocks with the kit. Long story short, ive been trying to find a contact at Bilstein or a vendor that will be able to procure the rear shocks that are matched to the B14 kit.
Does anyone know of a contact at Bilstein? Bilstein US hasnt gotten back to me and the phone number is beyond tiring trying to get the correct department to buy a new set.
I had no problem reaching a tech guy on the phone last week to order a replacement spring seat. I spoke with Joseph Smith, and he was very helpful: 800-537-1085 ext. 4003; joseph.smith3 AT thyssenkrupp-automotive.com

Just spoke with another Bilstein rep and he stated that they WILL NOT sell replacement parts for the PSS B14 coilover kits.
So im left trying to figure out if my Bilstein B8 dampers will be good enough to handle the spring rates in the B14 kit.
I don't know what the spring rates are, but the B8's can be re-valved if needed.

Anyone you trust?
I've got a set here right now. Initial impressions seem good, but I haven't gotten them back yet to try out.

I've had great interactions with Bilstein in Poway California. They sent me parts for the PSS9's I have on my 996 as well as rebuilding and revalving the Escort Cup coilovers I put on my LSx swapped 944. That being said, I've heard that they've closed their service centers and now refer you to a 3rd party...

Is this the Bilstein US west coast office? Wonder why they could get you parts but told me they wouldnt sell me 2 rear shocks for a PSS kit. Sucks but looks like my only alternative is finding someone to revalve the B8's i have.

Yes, the West Coast office. I got parts from them a few years ago and it was things like swaybar endlinks. I've heard that they've since closed up their service centers, which may be why they can't get you parts
