Black Friday (Thursday?) Is Here!

Renewed. The sign up an account page after you enter your payment info is confusing. I already have an account, and it didn't like it when I tried to sign up again. There is no option for already having an account, and it's not clear if that step is needed. I got a confirmation email so I'm assuming it's not needed.

Yeah, we've had a lot of questions prompted by that page. We'll see what we can do to make it clearer that this is optional--thanks for the feedback, it really helps.

BTW, I noticed that when you enter BLACK, the 2 and 3 year subs show $0 as an option. I know its not what it looks like, but I did a double take on that one.

Got it. We'll see if we can get a few refinements made before Cyber Monday ends, at least.

Exact same thing happened to me.

I aborted the member registration process, but still got my confirmation for a one year CMS sub.

Hopefully it worked!

I for one had no problems renewing both of my Subs for another year. Great deal, by far the best I got this week.

I didn't have any problems either, other than being asked to set up a new user name when I got done. Renewed both my subs as well. Best magazine deal in the business IMHO

I just closed the window when it asked for a new user name. Already have one and it said my payment had been confirmed....
