Im having a hard time getting my w2a system primed and running.
My intercooler is in the fender area and the heat exchanger is all the way back behind the rear axle.
The lines go down along the sills and over the rear axle and other stuff so there's a hump that I believe is causing an air lock... the pump is low in the system and fed by the lower outlet of the heat exchanger so in constant fluid.
Im using a bosch pump and bench testing it shows it moves quite a bit of fluid but has little pressure, I have no reservior tank but using the highest part of the system to fill it...
Getting bored of this not working..!
Any tips?
