I take my stuff to Beetler's in Berea/North Olmsted. Have always been very happy with the work they've done. The latest thing was a bunch of rust repair around the windshield of my Volvo. No metal replacement (thankfully) but a lot of blasting/glazing/respray/blending into the rest of the roof.
They're not necessarily cheap, but you only pay for it once yet look at it every day, you know?
