Glad you guys were there... those empty stands were sad to see on the TV coverage. Did you see the Mazda roll over? That was crazy!
Why was it on a thursday (i know, it is NASCAR's fault) I did not even know it was on until i turned on the TV at the last lap... oh well, at least i saw the best part, that finish was WILD.

We saw the roll on the jumbotron and various pit lane monitors. Oddly we had just been talking with Shane Lewis--co-driver of the car that hit the Mazda--a few seconds before the crash and had just started to walk away. As for the Thursday date, it's been that way forever.
