I bought all of these sight unseen, no test drive.
Talk to the seller, get to know the item, be ready to walk away. If he sounds or acts like a flake, he is.
Most sellers are like us, just guys selling something. The Golden Rule works.

I bought this sight unseen, but I did test drive it before I signed on the dotted lines. If you have had something similar from the same make, you can probably draw some conclusions.

If only that were true. When you chase the bottom end of the high end market you end up getting cars from some pretty shady or just plain weird people. Like they are going to break my kneecaps weird.
This is a odd one for sure, its under market but not so much that its going to have some weird story. But I imagine that it should have been picked up by a reseller at this point well before I even found it for sale, the major guys are asking 85K+ for a no stories perfect car and they seem to be getting it.
I have a price in mind, it's close to what he wants we shall see. I have been shafted so many time in the last couple months I am starting to think my normal market timing mojo is off.
I did get some time in a PP 08 maserati granturismo today and that one is properly cheap.

bulllllllllE36 M3.
You may like driving new cars, there's nothing wrong with it, but there's no way it's cheaper than used and you do not have a 400k mile truck that has had $1000 in maintenance total over all those miles.
