No affiliation, but I'm going to try to be there. There should be some cool stuff there. If you're in Connecticut or Eastern New York, it's worth checking out.

In sutton MA about 15 mins or so from north eastern CT. Its a great event and love bringing my british iron there
C&C is an incredible event considering that its free and attracts more eye candy than most other car shows that charge admission. I've attended most of their events over the last few years and supported them up at Lime Rock when they couldn't get the permits for downtown New Canaan. We're in Stamford, so this is local and a nice Sunday morning with the whole family. Great cars and great people...highly recommended if in the area!
We had a good time at the Lime Rock one. I won't be home tonight until about 12:30 but if I can get up in the morning I am going to head down.
By the time I got down there I only stayed a little while and didn't see much of it. Next time I go I am heading out much earlier.

I got there about 20 minutes before it was supposed to start and it was already mobbed. I had to park behind the Saddlery in a place that they were referring to as "The Porsche Ghetto".
One of the highlights was a pair of Carrera GTs bookending a 918 Spyder. I passed the Arnolt MG on my way there, followed a 330 GT in, and had a Miura following me out on the way home.
I took almost 300 pictures but I haven't had a chance to sort through them yet.
Somehow, I missed seeing Wally this time, but here I am making another cameo appearance in one of his photos:
That Aston Martin was one of my favorites there today.
We had a great time as always!
Don't worry, my son was safely transported to and from the event in my wife's Honda CR-V.
Wait a minute! What's wrong with being safely transported in a Z3? With the top down.
Caught in a New Canaan Traffic Jam...
The shadows were a challenge...
I've seen that McLaren 12C in Westport on the way home from work. Great pictures - thanks for sharing! I'll have to make it to one of these events...
There's supposed to be another on October 5.
I went for an hour and it was nothing short of amazing- no exaggeration at all. It blows the Greenwich Concourse out of the water and is free! The sheer quantity of unusual cars that were present blew my mind. Must see and do for anyone within driving distance.
Great pictures! What I love about these types of car shows is that they allow me to see the supercars of my video game youth. The S7 pictured above, for example. At the Irvine Cars and Coffee, I've recently seen a Diablo and XJ220. It was the era of supercars that were sculpted with a butter knife.
Thanks for the pics... this is by far the best Sunday drive you can make in the North East. "I went for coffee and a car show broke out!"
The organizers go out of their way to learn about the cars at the event. If it is unusual they want to talk to you. When I brought "Nadine" down Peter stopped me as I passed the booth and asked questions about the car and the Rally I was entered in.
The weekend Carroll Shelby passed there was everything from a Messerschmitt 3 wheeled car, to a D-type Jag and 2 KR-500 mustangs there! Very nice show, not one to miss.
