Ooh, you have a plug!?  Now your just showing off.

Vigo, people are always welcome at my place but I'm not that close to Atlanta. I am 12 miles northeast from the Athens line. It's in the country but close enough to a little city/ big college town.

Im driving all the way to PA with Atlanta as the 'halfway stop' and it looks like Athens is not much out of the way on the way out. I might get with you when it gets closer as im super curious about that business in general. Congrats on major space upgrade. yes

I have a 15x45 storage unit I keep my cars and tools. I work on them there too. Has great lighting and electricity and super high ceilings

15x45, that would be nice. The biggest I have are the Tall 10x20s. I picked up some Dallara parts in Jacksonville a few weeks ago and the seller had a 15x30, $750 a month! Ouch! He said he was lucky to have found it. Wish I could charge those rates.

That's a huge question, Yup. Research, research, research. A good place to start would be forums, web listings, seminar/conventions, specialty realtors, etc. There's a thread on here, too.

You can pm and phone me if you ever want to discuss. It's getting a little more tricky now that the market is saturated but there are a lot of ways around that. By the way, I tried to pm you a month or two ago - your mail isn't on.

Vigo and Yup, I lived in 8 or 9 locations in San Antonio. Fun times.

And the view is soooo nice.

I think mower buddy is either calling him out to play, or making him jealous by flaunting his freedom.  Just like that damned gray neighborhood cat that calmly sits outside one of our front windows making our cats say rraaaarrrrOOOWWWAAARROOWWW!!!    :arched back:    :puffed up tail:    {we hateses!}    ffftttt ffftttt
