I'm getting close to having molds finished for my Cheetah inspired roadster build. I've been thinking about different top options. I came across this old picture. I think the car looks cool. I think that a similar roof would work well on my car. I haven't been able to find out any info about it. Can anyone identify it?
It's hard to tell because of the thing in front of it, but I think its a VW Bug.

Wow! That was fast. Thank you very much!
No better place to ID cars than GRM!
You can type three words about a car and someone will know what it is.
And great VW joke pinchvalve!
That top would look berkeleying fantastic on your car.
when I built my cheetah inspired Slot car it had a bubble top like ED ROTH built, that would be COOL.
I think it was called a Manta, in 63-5 or so.
That's a car that looks waaaay better from behind...that roof shape should look good on your car though.

Thank you for posting this. I'm fascinated by the old fiberglass sports cars.
Thank you for comments of the top design for my car. My goal is to get my Roadster done this winter. Then next winter work on a top. Having fun!
