In a forum member's (great) thread about his '87 CRX, he notes decreased durability of old NOS CV boots. This reminded me of a stash of NOS rubber turbo hoses I bought for $$$ that aren't lasting. Is it possible to somehow rejuvenate the remaining ones, or am I...hosed?

Shin etsu grease is recommended to keep weatherstripping soft and supple for older cars and it has worked nicely in my experience. Maybe thst would work on other rubber sort of parts too.
I've sold a lot of rubber and usually old rubber is dried out and that's it.
Try that shoe polish that Burt Munro put on his tires when he took his first run on the salt flats.
Gummi Pflege Stift is my go-to for rubber protection, but I admit I haven't done that kind of long-term storage test. Works well on door and roof seals, though. A lot nicer to work with than silicone grease.
