I was at a customer's house the other yesterday and the wife was driving a late 90's C230 Kompressor sedan. I liked the way it looked and it was a reasonable size.
My wife's mother had a '02 C230 Kompressor Coupe. It was pretty quick as a coupe, but I imagine the older version of that engine is a bit slower especially in sedan form. There is also a Inline 6 or V6 (depending on the year) and I think they were mostly all Automatic (I know there are some manuals out there, but that's probably like finding a unicorn).
Anybody have some experience with these? I like the updated late 90's versions.

I don't think anyone saw this, since I had posted it in the middle of the night. 
My aunt owned one. I drove it extensively and had an SLK with the same 2.3L 4 supercharged motor. It's OK. Not particularly sporty but a nice driving luxury car. The 2.3L 4 is slow and that motor sounds terrible just plain sucks. Get the V6 if you are looking.

I also really dont like the blown 2.3. I think the straight 6 is a great motor.
