Second one is not a vertical bandsaw. It has no lower wheel.
Looks like a hydraulic punch of some sort.
DoALL is the big name in industrial band saws. There is a good chance that one still runs. There is also a good chance that it is 3 phase. If I had unlimited space, I'd want it.
The second is a hydraulic-powered tool from an assembly line if I had to guess. Something purposely built to do one thing. Could be a punch or an arbor press of some sort.
For prospective purchasers, it may well be worth noting that in the link I posted above, the weight of that particular item is said to be 4,500 pounds.
Edit: So rather unlikely that you and your buddy will succeed in lifting it into the bed of your F-150.
