Easy to fix- new lower control arms (ball joints are integrated into the arm) and front suspension bushings usually do the trick.
I think Edd China did this on Wheeler Dealers's Capri.
He put new bushings in the TCAs. I wouldn't do that personally. It's a pig of a job and you still have the old, almost certainly worn out, ball joints when you're done. But it was super cool to see a Capri on the show. The fact that Mike didn't like it made me feel a lot better about owning one.
I have a low mileage 73 2.6 that sat in a field for 20 years, but has only 23k miles, anybody got a parts car let me know

I have owned one for quite a few years. They are great cars and very affordable.
Here it is on Reader's Rides.

Looks great! Rockin' the Libres! I have a set of those and a set of Laser 4 spokes painted and polished to look like FAVOs. The Libres look so good in those pics I might have to put those on instead!

There are a number of pictures of some non-rusty Capris from this year's Capri Swarm at my Flickr account: http://www.flickr.com/photos/6for2/sets/72157624769161685/
Norm, of Team Blitz, brought a really cool surprise to the event. I can't wait to see it when it is finished.
