Bartered my way into a set of 16x7 4x100 +35 Panasports. Looking for daily commuter car too. Help me find a car late model 4 door car that would look good with these. I've thought about the 5 door yaris but doesn't come with a stick. Not convinced they would look good on Honda Fit. Protege? Rio? Any other thoughts?

E30 would be my top pick but I think you are looking for something newer.

Here is a reference guide. http://www.adaptitusa.com/referencebook.htm

It is not updated to include the newest of cars. Other thoughts include a 4 door Protege, a Jetta, Toyota Echo, a Corrolla/Prizm, Saturns.

You do know, the turest place for these would be a Miata?

panasports are inappropriate for any late model car in my opinion. buy an old car, or trade for the right wheels once you know what you're going to drive.

They look awesome on older pick up trucks, too. They make any car look racier, but I think they look best on British and 'mercan cars.

I found that they look great on damn near anything. I bought a set of 15's for my 76 rabbit and since they had good tires on them I threw them on my beater Jetta for a while. Got nothing but compliments

Then I tossed them on my E30 and again was greeted with awesomeness

I wish I had scored 16"s. Would be perfect for the E30.

How about a 94+ 4 door integra?

None?

To the OP - if you decide you want to sell them, let me know. We have another MINI we need Panasports for.

I'm not sure about the '94+ Integra (It might work, I just can't picture it), but they'd certainly look good on the previous generation. (I've actually seen it.) 16" may be a little much for those cars, though.

They'd also look good on a boxy Sentra SE-R, like the one that was a GRM project car a couple of years ago, but I don't know their bolt pattern.

All of these might be a bit old, depending on what you mean by "late model."

Wow, they do look good on the jetta and E30. Kindof surprises me they look so good on boxy cars.

The Jetta Surprised me. I'll look into that! Thanks.

I also have a set of 15" Chaparells (knockoffs) that I purchased a few years ago so I have the choice of 15" or 16".

I've looked at a few E30's but I havent founnd one yet I thought was in good shape.

Only on this board would you find someone who gets the rims first and THEN looks for something to put them on!!

What about a Mini Clubman?

I also think they would look great on a black Fit, more so the newer one because it seems a little more curvy.

Ha. That wasn't the intended order. Coincidently I need a new commuter car and I lucked into a set of wheels at the same time.

It's harder to find new cars with a 4x100 pattern today than it was 10 years ago. Many of the smaller cars seem to have gone to a 5 bolt pattern now.

I'm positive they'd look great on a Fit. I love retro wheels on newschool cars (I'm not a fan of newschool wheels on oldschool cars, though).

My only concern would be that the offset is a little low and rubbing could ensue (then again, low offsets are trendy in the Honda scene at the moment).

BTW--this thread is funny. It's like my wife decorating a room around a pillow or a rug.

I had not thought of this. Shown with 15". http://rides.trucktrend.com/ride/1000066/spooi7sports/2006/scion/xb/index.html

In here you will find the picture of a Toytota Echo with 14" Panasports http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/showthread.php?t=100251

Agreed. If the Z was 4x100 +35 I would think about it.
