That's what the driver told me. Who knows. He could have been fibbin. I believe it. I caught a kid breaking into someone car and I chased him off. After the police responded and the employees of that place asked what to do the cop said: "Pull him inside, beat the E36 M3 out of him, and throw him in the street. The ambulance will be by when someone calls."
We have had multiple homicides along the companies perimeter in the last year. When that's going on, the problems can take care of themselves. Earlier there was a guy breaking into cars. He broke into a gang lords car down the street. The gang members killed him. No one was charged. Those I know.
FYI: The specific police department is under budgeted, under powered, and over worked. The security officers are usually expected to take care of most problems until the police can get there which takes a while. Its all really a problem caused by the politicians.
