Challenge cars around DC, need help?

I'm in Arlington, VA.

I built cars for 2004, 05, 06. I haven't had any room to build something the past few years, but want to go to the challenge with something for $2010. Let me know if you want a team member. I'm not much for doing great body work, but I can weld, wrench, clean, fabricate, etc...
