Challenge rules question: Free garage space?

Would garage space (a storage unit in this case) somehow need to be worked into the Challenge budget? All of the work will still be performed by me, but it does give me the advantage of indoor secure storage and space to work, 2 things I don't currently have.

Basically, my boss is thinking about letting me build some race cars in one of his storage units in exchange for some advertisement on the cars. I get to do the branding on the cars, so I can make it uber subtle.

So, where do you stand on this issue. It feels kinda gray area to me.

If it's not on the car at the Challenge, no hit to the budget.

Work space (of any sort) is rather unlikely to be on the car.

Same goes for tools you may not normally have access too. TECHNICALLY speaking, if one say... had access to a CNC mill and some scrap aluminum, one could mill ones own parts for the cost of the scrap. I don't have access, but it is feasible for some.
