FYI theres a place here in FL that bought out a paint store and selling Gal's of auto paint for $15 bucks a gal.he has some cool colors all solid colors no metallic.red,blue,green,yellow,orange,white.....The hardner is only like 25 bucks so you could have a high qualty paint job for 40.00 bucks I'm not affiated with them. The company name is Persision Paints in Palatka FL.don't have a # yet,but will post when I find it.

I get paint shipped to me all the time. i take it you mean the shipper has to have the cert?
I've received paint from House of Kolor and Eastwood with no MSDS or Certs.
