IMO Integra is less fun to drive at the limit, and may have less potential for a track toy (just mostly from weight - length helps stability at speed). If you're just dailying with occasional fun, I'd definitely go Integra. I had a beater POS DA Integra from 93 that was far and away more comfortable than my 91 CRX.

I've been through a string of these cars in various flavors - 93 Si, 94 LS, 95 GSR, and now a 99 GSR. Like others have already beat into the ground, the Integra is a much better daily. They did come in 4 door body, but the 2 door hatch is a lot more useful unless you're hauling 3+ people around a lot. The useful space in an Integra vs a Civic hatch is a wash imho.
Another thing - unless you want to do a engine swap or FI, imho the only Civic hatch worth it's salt is the 92-95 (EG) Si with the d16z6 vtec motor. The EK hatches only came with the non-vtec. Of course, there's always the 99-00 Civic Si coupe with the dohc B16 if you can find one that isn't hacked up. In fact, that's the problem will any civic that isn't a soul-crushing automatic sedan. Integras are easier to find in semi-savable condition and that's not saying much.
One thing to keep in mind while shopping (or planning for future upgrades), is that the RS/LS/GS had taller gears than the GSR. So even though the motors make similar power out of vtec, they just never feel as urgent/fun. We swapped a transmission from a 99 Si onto our 94 LS and it really transformed the car. The (B16) Si transmissions have the same gears as the Type-R, which is even shorter than the GSR trans. They lack the LSD and dual-cone sychros of the Type-R, but they can be had MUCH cheaper as well.
