So, its been at least 15 years since Jack Clifford died. When he was kicking the parts were expensive, but good quality. Immediately after he passed the quality took a nose-dive and I'm not sure they recovered. Most people that build the 300 don't buy parts new from Clifford unless they don't know better. Its kind of the equivalent of going to the dealership for all service?
There are tons of suppliers for the 300, and there should be a huge amount of used but servicable stuff on eBay or whatnot.
What are you trying to get out of the truck? I might be able to guide you somewhat. In reality I'm likely going to just search the old posts on FordSix.com and see what combos have worked in the past.
http://www.vintageinlines.com has a small selection of 300 parts as well
Most of the complaints I've seen about Clifford were not related to QC but to delayed shipments. This is something you'd want to buy secondhand, or through a distributor that you can confirm has one on the shelf.
A friend bought a Clifford intake, carb and header for his new 300 powered pickup back in the 70s. It worked quite well with a few minor issues as I recall. Looked great compared the the OEM setup.
I had their kit on my I-6 200ci Mustang and I will say that it seemed to work very well. Started as soon as you bumped the key with one pump of the gas pedal.
As mentioned before there are quite a few unhappy customers for the issued mentioned by Matt and Asa above.
If you can get the parts from another vendor or supplier then I would say to do so.

Dug up the Clifford site for E36 M3s and giggles.
The two kits that look like they might match what you're looking at:
$1350 https://cliffordperformance.net/store/ols/products/68-ford-240300-combination
Summit:
Intake $415 https://www.summitracing.com/parts/ofy-6227c/make/ford $450 https://www.summitracing.com/parts/ofy-6019dp/make/ford
Exhaust $250 https://www.summitracing.com/parts/hed-89300/make/ford (Clifford product appears to be painted, as is this one)
Other exhausts: https://www.summitracing.com/parts/hed-89306/make/ford https://www.summitracing.com/parts/hok-6823hkr/make/ford https://www.summitracing.com/parts/hed-89303/make/ford
A brand new Holley carb is $300-500? There appears to be some associated hardware attached to the Clifford kit, but nowhere near enough to make up a $200-300 difference in price. With that extra money you could snag another cam, or a DUI distributor or something else nice and fancy.
I don't know about the ford 300 offy to Clifford intakes specifically..
But on the mopar slant six the offy is more of a street piece.. smaller runner volume / cross section that is good to say 5000 rpm. The Clifford intake for the MoPar slant six has huge runner volume / cross section and can support up to say 6400 ish rpm.

Or, you could go wild. This uses the three stock center sections. Cut the end cylinders off and then braze a balance tube between the center and end sections
In reply to Mr_Asa :
I considered something like that home-brewed setup. I have called Clifford and Summit talk about the parts. By the time everything's said and done the cost between Summit and Clifford it's pretty small. As far as the availability it's going to be about the same amount of time to get them from either place. I had a good 10 Minute conversation with the owner of Clifford and decided to go with him I'll keep you updated. I went with the single two barrel intake
