My wife accidentally put concrete cleaner in the windshield washer. What a mess. Windshield has streaks that I can't remove. Looks like the windshield has been etched. Got on the side windows and the paint. Any magic solution or am I out of luck.

"Concrete cleaner" usually means muriatic acid, not good. Probably irreversible damage.

*might* be able to polish it out, I would take it to a high end detail shop and let them ascertain your level of screwed.
A heavy polishing is probably your best bet, be sure to rinse off the windshield thoroughly, the windshield gutter system has probably been stripped down to bare metal as well.
To make matters worse we just tested positive for covid and are pretty miserable. When feeling better I'll take it to a good detailer and report the results. Thanks for your responses.
