We always wondered what a kinda HP we could get outta our GRM Challenge E30 if we had the dyno time to give it a good tune. Well that day finally came and this is what we came up with

the car made 356WHP. We are pretty excited with our results and hope that we can cause some commotion at the UTCC (fastest BMW would be pretty sweet)

Right at this moment Carlos and the gang are driving up to VA on an average of 10mpg so if you haven't already follow this next link and show some support by picking up a couple stickers or a really cool shirt.

Also if you going to the UTCC make sure to stop by and say hello, and or help out.

Interesting torque curves . . . some sort of power adder?

Based on the MAP, a turbo would make the most sense.

Correct; they're running a Holset HX35.

yeah we are running a holset hx35 on a budget 2.7l stroker engine with a ported head, and intake manifold with stock internals.

This cars weighs 2160lbs with 16gal of fuel, so with 356whp it should be a fun time.

In reply to DirtE30:

With that kind of power curve, it will be quite the handful. Let alone the weight....

Depending on the speed 3000-4000rpm is, you may ask Per if he made a spare wing for his LeGand.

That is not a torque curve - it is a torque wall. The car looks menacing with all that rubber stuffed under the fenders. Good luck and have a blast.

140 hp jump in a 1000 rpm range? Wow. Your driver will have to treat that throttle like the trigger of a gun! Impressive.
