Hey all,
We have a 6 month old grandson and I was excited to find a cool Recaro or Sparco seat for the future racecar driver.
Alas- apparently the EU and USA have different standards so you can't get them stateside. Apparently Recaro was in market in the past but pulled out.
Any cool car seats out there for a little guy?
I had Recaro car seats for my kid. Several in fact. Color matched to my cars, even. Bought em in MN.
I had recaros for my kid, too. They were available here but left the market because people kept whining about their maximum weight rating. Apparently the child and seat have a Max combined rating and the seat itself weighs more than others since it's an aluminum seat beneath all the plastic causing the childs Max allowable weight to be lower than others. My kid loved it,
