Oh that is pretty cool. I've used a regular thread chaser on spark plug holes before, but not that expanding kind.
That is awesome. Now to wait for Harbor Freight to knock it off so I can get a whole set.
You can avoid the issue entirely by having steel thread inserts installed. I used fully threaded steel inserts in my soft alloy heads as a Helicoil has been known to unthread itself, but many swear by helicoils, so.....
