The Scammell Explorer! A British-built "lorry" with walking-beam suspension and a 10l straight-6 as standard. Though this one is fitted with a Leyland diesel.
I love how berkeleying terrifying it looks .

That thing needs the "Gears of War" crimson omen on it. Thats what I'd do. Sweet truck.
Anyone who repaints that is going to Hell.
That has "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" written all over it.
Just imagine that thing bellowing, coming out of the woods belching black smoke and knocking over a dead tree.
hahahaa... I want one.

Is that water on the ground from rain or is the Scammell Explorer bleeding death upon the Earth wherever it goes?
I just read about the Scammell Contractor, could haul up to 240 TONS in special heavy haul configuration, there's a picture of one towing a locomotive in England on Wiki (that's 135 tons):

The Zombies are going to have to kick it up a notch or the movie is over the minute I roll out in that.

"Type of truck and tractor rear suspension consisting of two beams, one at each side of the chassis, which pivot in the center and connect at the front to one axle of a tandem and at the rear to the other axle."
Yeah, Luke made me feel dum. But this helped.......

Damn, beat me to it. Just needs a cow catcher + flame thrower. Maybe some sort of tiller/chopper up front would work better though.
You know how cheap a Deucey is now.... maybe those went down in price?
that could be a LOT of fun

Not quite the same, but it does pass the 25 year old import test:

"An ex RAF Scammell S26 dual purpose artic/ballast tractor fitted with both a 3.5" twin oscillating 5th wheel and a heavy duty removable steel ballast box. It would have been used by the RAF to move various mobile radar installations on semi and full trailers."
For when you need to move your mobile anti-aircraft radar installation around...
just dare somebody to get in your way....

Not an american version.. Just another big heavy haul truck. sorry I posted a small one.. Walters are crazy.. But if you want crazy in the US.. You do OshKosh..
The old Scammells were chain drive for extra gear reduction.
Now look up an old Heavy Haulage firm called Wynns, they used old Diamond Ts from WWII. They are nuts as well.
