That's a great short film on the corner. I hope they do a couple more like that on other famous corners. That site used an old school video player which is unusual.

I like seeing cars that I have in CSR racing.
There is a turn on a local road which is very much like the Corkscrew and I get to drive it every morning. 
Kjell Qvale, the guy behind the Jensen Healey, is supposed to have laid out the Corkscrew. The story goes he and some of the other principals were walking a ridge on the property deciding where the track should go and they came to a place where they couldn't make up their minds so Qvale just said 'let's just turn left here then back to the right'.
