can the corrugated plastic material used in yard signs handle the heat from a radiator?
It will not only work for ducting in front of the radiator but even behind it, I used coroplast to patch up a puller radiator fan shroud and it's held up for years.
Also great for underbody smoothing, if you can find the big sheets. Our recycling center had lots of it.
Where are you guys getting them? This is actually fairly timely because I need to duct a radiator as well.

Well, right, but do you guys just go ask the political headquarters or? I've gotten them here and there but wouldn't mind a nice backlog of them for a few projects
The best time is just after an election... lots of political signs end up in the trash.
5mm corrugated plastic sheet is also available on Amazon, though it's not super cheap for what it is.
Gorilla Glue and chopsticks to link multiple panels together. From an article long ago by Dave Coleman: https://motoiq.com/wrench-tips-17-election-day-ductwork/
If you need more heat resistant there is an aluminum version people use for spoilers, etc sometimes. Alumilite- https://www.laminatorsinc.com/sign_product/alumalite-standard/
My old NB Miata would run cold for quite awhile in the winter, so I had a coroplast sheet slipped in between the rad and its support. Never melted or even got particularly flexible from the heat. It's pretty good stuff for free, and there'll be an unlimited supply starting this summer.
Your local idiots still use coroplast? I'm jealous. For the past few line ups we've had, everybody is just using plastic film, which isn't nearly as durable or useful.
We used sign material in our bulk powder coat process as a medium to keep our hooks and hangar grounds clear of yield. Our ovens ran at 325f and 375f and the material never failed. Eventually the buildup would get so heavy we would have to replace the pieces.
PLASKOLITE 0.157-in T x 48-in W x 96-in L White Corrugated Plastic Sheet. From Lowe's @ $35 to cover my pergola.
Alumilite- thanks @ theruleslawyer good to know for my aircooled under car air flow.

Here in Jacksonville there's a city law that anyone can remove political signs that are placed in the public right of way. I hit the voting precinct right before voting closes and get as many as I want.
At least for the branded version:
Melting Point: 160° C (320° F)
Boiling Point: Not applicable
Flash Point: Not applicable
Auto Ignition Temp: 570°C (1058°F)
