Jeez I asked for one about a month ago and pitchforks and torches were broken out and the thread was deleted.
Probably because this one happened too fast. I don't know if they are still doing it but Carfax was actively monitoring car forums, looking for people who were sharing reports. It can cause a lot of problems for the forum owners so it's not good form to do it.

It is against Car Fax TOS to run reports for others.
Ahh that's probably why no one responsed to my inquiry a week ago. I was not aware CarFax was monitoring.
And if they are monitoring, since you posted the vin, all they have to do is wait for someone to run that number if they want to be that way.
