If by "cone killer" you mean a car capable of hitting every single cone on the course in a single pass, yes, absolutely. I can hear the PA already, "And we have a raw time of 30 seconds on that last car, and it looks like 5 minutes and 52 seconds in cone penalties." Clearly, this must be done.
On a related note, I've often thought autocross would be more fun if you were trying to hit the cones, a la GT 4 license tests.

The crack in the B pillar sais that it is just about to crack in half.. . . . Just like my 75 formula 400 did. Those same cracks appeared on my car and it was the beginning of the end. What you are getting is a pile of parts and a VIN number.
