Hoonigans had a lot of fun in these. They're badass. If only the SCCA would allow them in rallycross.

i thought they were constuctors legal with a car based engine?
We have a member here who races them.

They use a motorcycle drivetrain. And the Rallycross open class doesn't allow exposed wheels. And I think it specifically has a rule excluding these (as well as Formula Vees, karts, side-by-sides and a bunch of other stuff that seems like it'd be fun)
Hmmmmmm....... Wonder if you can get one for <$2k and put a Midget body over it. 
Watching those things at the ARX event at mMd Ohio they looked like fun.
