To get back to the topic at hand....
I suppose there might be some CRX parts that COULD be used on a CR-V....but why? It would also help when asking "can parts from CAR A be used on CAR B" if the years involved were given. The first gen CR-V is a big leap from the third gen.....which is the current model.
This is about like asking can Mustang parts be used on a Fusion? There are maybe 1 or 2 small, inconsequential parts (like some light bulbs) that may be used by both cars, but nothing major.
