Cobb's econ tune might net you a couple of MPG's, but it limits boost quite a bit. You might want to pack the AP for your trip in case you want to switch back. Just sayin.
You should swap out your uppipe to prevent potential damage to the turbo. Its well documented on the subie forums.
We have already replaced the stock up-pipe with a TurboXS pipe.
