About once every few months I check the app for crapcans and more often then not the results have been like Wish was taking over, but this afternoon were spectacular. More BG 323s then I've seen in years, sure most are on the west coast, but have they tidied up their analytics and search? The platform finally looks like I may have to pay attention to it as a viable alternative to FB marketplace, which has gotten worse over the past few months and CL, which had marketplace steal it's thunder.
My neighbor is always on there.
Tried the app and disliked it so much from the website I immediately uninstalled it.
If I ever get into $100 motorcycle projects I'll try it again.
No. I still see things posted from 2 YEARS AGO.
In reply to Stampie (FS) :
Unfortunately this isn't even an Aero, no good trollblazers on there.

I bought something that was up there for over a year. I messaged them "long shot but is this still available?" Got a crazy deal on it lol
I also have an alert for a Mercedes R500. I get decent results, I think the app works well to be honest. Now content of the ads can really be nothing, "good condition" is what I see a lot of.

I've had better luck on there than marketplace. Marketplace also has posts that are prehistoric but just throws them in with new stuff. At least OfferUp default sorts it with newest first.
Marketplace got me a few times when I was motorcycle shopping. Nice bikes are precovid prices would pop up and then I would see how old the post was. Boo
Usability sucks. Search is so simplistic it’s difficult to get meaningful results

I have been working a deal on one for a while. My wives friend has one and she has been making waves about wanting a new car. I of course stepped in and said that I would gladly take it off there hands when they decide to replace it. I think at the moment it has a small steering rack leek so it has sat for a while.

I had issues getting responses back for some Honda parts I was looking at on Offerup, but then I used it to buy old film camera lenses and scored 4 80s Minolta AF camera lenses and equipment for 50 bucks
