Ok, it's been 5 years. I need an answer to this question.

Some of you here were probably at this event. I had the radio at my corner station (don't remember which heat--maybe the last one), and I heard a weird radio call. Went something like this:

"Control, this is Corner X. We have an injured worker. Please bring first aid equipment."

"Corner X, control copies. Stand by."

time passes

"Control, this is X. Please send medical help now."

"X, control copies. Stand by."

more time passes

"CONTROL, THIS IS X. THERE IS A FOUNTAIN OF BLOOD. WE NEED FIRST AID NOW."

I think at that point, control sent out a truck to deal with the situation, but I don't recall exactly.

For 5 years I've been wondering what the back story on this incident was. Anyone have info on it?
