The other day I got a call from a friend:
"My Jeep shifter seems to be leaning to the right, so what do you think is up?"
I asked how it voted in the last election (topical humor).
Long story short, she broke the three bolts that secure the motor mount's bracket to the engine block. It's a 4.0L six-cylinder YJ. The broken bolts have been replaced with new ones, but we're wondering if those "bomb proof" mounts are the long-term solution here. What does the hive know?
