Well, turns out it doesn't have a heater so that's out of the window...
Pity, it would've made a cool driver.
Stock heating system isn't brilliant, but it works OK-ish if you have it in good condition. Until it gets really cold, at least.
Trouble is that I'm really, really trying to avoid getting yet another project for winter driving duty...

Motorcycle-guy-type 12volt heated jacket and gloves for winter; 12v space heater off an inverter for general cabin heat. And you'll get an insurance break over anything registered as 4wd. That plus, life is short, buy it and have some fun.
Plus you really want it.
