A little-known case of automotive espionage: This was the prototype for Speed Racer's Mach 6 (now with improved room for chainsaws rather than simply buzz-saws), which was stolen from his lab by his nemesis, Racer X. Sadly, Chim-Chim was injured in the burglary but is expected to make a full recovery.

It was one of the two cars from the Gerry Anderson TV series UFO from the 70s. Probably the purple one. Somebody bought it from ITC and tried to make a jet powered dragster out of it.
Built for a live action Sneeches movie; meant to have a ski on the front and tracks on the rear...
