My son whacked a curb with the right rear wheel of my '99 CVPI.
He did manage to bend the axle too. And ruined the wheel/tire. Since the Panther platform is kind of Answer #2 around here, I thought maybe someone would have a 16" steel wheel to spare?
I'm willing to pay fair used price, looking to avoid shipping costs for this.

Argh! 16X7" Factory wheel size. Can someone correct the title please?

Let me check with Aeromoto.
If you can't get one before the challenge, I've got one in Westmoreland county. Also have a full set of 17x8s I'd be open to selling. I'm not challenge bound this year, but it would only be a couple hours out of the way in your way home.

Fixed. Good luck finding the wheel.
You're in luck. Im in NC and have One 16x7 Aluminum wheel off of a 2000 MGM. Tire is bald. Also have Three others 16x7 Wheels too but have fairly new Preilli P4.
Hm. Trying to stay cheap and just replace a steelie like for like here.
How much for the one? or for the set? Do they match (other than tires?)

Appreciate the offer, and we could make that happen if another steelie doesn't show up (preferably for face-to-face handoff at the Challenge.)
In reply to Greg Smith :
Ill take $15 for the MGM wheel.
The Preillis are still being used so Ill need $200 for two. Need some Firestone Indy 500/Continental Extremecomtact Sport Tires.

Drat. Looks like the 2000 is when the wheel offset changed. 98-99 appear to be 7Jx16 ET26.4 I know my 2003 has a wider axle and looks to be 7Jx16 ET45, and your 2000 Mercury appears to be a 7Jx16 ET6? Substantially different offset, it appears. Weird, because I thought the CV and GM were more alike.

Im actually using the wheels on a 2006 Crown Vic. It just sticks out more. Selling the wheels because Im running 17s for Autocross Events.
