I need a measurement from an Expedition. The front sawybar, the straight sections length, the arms X/Y, and the diameter.

Thanks in advance!

I have a 2014 4WD conveniently sitting in the shop at the moment.  I can measure it tonight.

Can you clarify what you mean by 'the arms X/Y'?  Do you mean lateral and vertical distance from the bend to the link attachment point?

The arms distance from centerline towards the rear of the truck, and towards the outside of the truck. Thanks!

(I love the new photo upload capability!!!)

The measurements are pretty rough. If you need more precision, I can put some more time into it, but there aren’t a lot of reference points.

The rectangles on the straight parts are the clamps, and the Length measurements  are relative to the clamps.

They got engine maintenance done, and started on the drivers side floor. Seats, dash and everything is out. Now we are figuring out what exactly to replace of the sheet metal. Unfortunately it got bumped out of the shop a couple weeks ago to work on other cars, but hopefully we can get it back in the shop soon to continue work.
