In reality, it'll depend on where you live whether you could get away with a car like this. In California, probably not. Probably not in PA either unless it could get Classic registration and didn't need to pass emissions.

Its illegal plus the JDM prelude only made like 20hp more then the USDM and even that was a stretch. Its like 200PS vs 220PS and that is debatable. Unless it was a complete swap onto a USDM chassis with Vin then its legal but just by a hair.

Lot of money for an illegal car that's not in great shape.... No real vin checks in WA with emissions tests like some other states.

Looks like a great way for your insurance company to laugh as they deny your claim. Oh, and then you will get slapped for motor vehicle fraud.

Way to tell everybody you committed what is a serious crime in the state of SC. I would not be the least bit surprised if the EPA doesn't seize and destroy it.

I have driven across the border several times and since they don't check your VIN, WTF has that got to do with anything!
