I only had one problem and that is with the offset of the steering wheel to the driver seat.

Actually, she likes that commercial as she speaks Italian so she lets me watch it whenever I want.
I am really curious about those. I want to drive one bad. Only problem is the American in me can't get past its size.

I sat in one over the weekend. Take $7,500 off the price and I loved it.
I don't see the point. I'd rather just pay the little extra and get the Abarth.
Yeah it's on my short list for a max mileage daily driver, the 500, a Prius, or a VW diesel. Unfortunatly the 500 gets significantly worse mileage than the other two but is obviously infinitely more fun...

I think the thought here is that the only real difference between the two is some styling and the abarth has a better tune. Not worth the additional 2K.

Its a little more than a better tune (Tune, exhaust, suspension and interior are different) and actually depending on how you option the 500T it can cost more than an Abarth.
Still a nice car but some dealers are willing to move off MSRP on the Abarths now so I wouldn't automatically go for the T until I took my shot at the abarth. I do want a set of the blackout head and tail lights from the T though.
