Dynomax Hemi Mufflers are killing my fuel economy

I've had Dynomax Turbo Mufflers (big case) on my car now for a couple weeks and my fuel economy has fallen off a cliff.

It's probably because they sound SO much better then all the other mufflers I've tried that I'm sticking my foot iI it more. Way more. My tiny little V6 engine doesn't sound like a V8 but it's also doesn't sound as much like a V6 as it once did.

I have to say that it sounds better than any 3.6 V6 powered Camaro I've ever heard. I'm just going to have to learn to keep my foot out of it.

Thanks to all who recommended these mufflers. They sound great.

Yep, that is one downside to good sounding exhaust, ya gotta hear it.

Probably the best value in sound control and low restriction mufflers.

Post a video!  The GM 3.6 always sounded kind of... not awesome, stock or otherwise, so I'm curious what you've managed to achieve here.

Please post a video.  I have a car with the 2.8T, the guy I got it from put some cat back on it and it drones BADLY and I really want to fix it.

I'll try to get a video or sound clip today.

How the heck do you guys do audio on videos? I've recorded the sound from my car 3-4 times and they all sound like crap. It sounds so much better live.

Do I need some kind of an audio app??
