A few things that make me askared are: Where you gonna get parts for it? NOS sticker on it and bottle of motor oil in the interior of the pic Coolest thing? Three abreast seating for the win. I mean, I like one breast, so three is that much better, right?
You can still get parts for them in France - I don't think parts supply is that brilliant for the Matra side of things. The engine and a lot of the drivetrain on these is Simca and they made tons of those.
The main issue with them is rust. The body cladding is plastic/fibreglass and that is glued to a metal frame that pretty much hasn't had any rustproofing. So even something that looks pretty decent can hide quite a lot of expensive horrors.

I saw a Bricklin on ebay the other day with a nitrous kit.....strange
WOW, what a find! I didn't think there were any of those in the US. Ex-museum car, that helps. Forget using the NOS. Super rare and very cool. It's a put it in the collection, drive it for a couple of hours a year car, though. I'd like to see what other cars the buyer of this has tucked away.
The NOS is a very odd choice. Sounds like the owner has the parts to reverse it
some interesting stuff on eBay now

Not to mention the Wal-Mart illuminated rocker switch with crimp splices and wiring hanging down into the hole where there should be an ashtray. OTOH, maybe that was an original part of the electrical system.
