My AC is busted. As I was driving to an "interview" in dress clothes today, I started to sweat. I'm gonna need to fix it.
I know nearly nothing about AC systems. You put freon in--R132?--you push a button, it makes it cold inside (and sucks up moisture when it is foggy).
So, great brethren, tell me how to figure out what needs to be replaced, and how to replace it. I'm guessing the compressor is toast, but what about everything else? Also, Keith, does FM sell used AC systems? I'm on a college kids budget here.
