Need to install an EGR tube on a new engine. Should I use anti-seize, or leave the threads dry? Haven't been able to find a clear answer.

Uh... It's exhaust.  Anti-seize the crap out of that if you ever want to get it off again.  If you don't care, then don't worry about it,
