Gratz. NH! I know the feeling. I've restored several of them. I enjoyed my first one more than any car I've ever owned.
Fantastic! I applaud your maturity..hell, if that had been me, I would have done some donuts in the yard, regardless of how small the backyard was.
Excellent!
Mine sat for 13 years, but now it's thrashed regularly.

My Giulietta has been waiting for me for 18 years. Maybe I'll start working on it this fall.
Well done, mate! Mine's (59 Bugeye) finally off the rotisserie and waiting for the cage to be finished.
I can't wait for the day when I can do that with my 1800ES. Unfortunately, I don't even see the start date right now...
Congrats!

I am in the same situation, my Spit has been in the back of my garage for the last 10 years.
That is so cool!!!! I remember when the 924s left the garage after a motor and trans replacement. I think I was grinning for a week.

You guys aren't going to live forever. Don't end up like those 80 year old guys on oxygen with a yard full of cars you won't sell because "I'm gonna restore them someday..."
