this past weekend i went to a car show and swap meet in elcorn, wi on sunday. lots of mud in the vendors area and over all was cool for the car show with some very rare cars and ssome ohter that where just really cool and there was also many amc and lots of amx for some reason....

i am not sure what the motor was but it looked cool though....
there is something about standing next to something that is big and bad ass....
a 1926 pontic super 6 chief with a str 6....
the guy has onwed this car and raced it for the past 50 years.....
someone really needs just to add a bike engine and tune this into a challane car......it would be cool though.....

and my fav shot of the day of yours truly holding a smg with a grm t-shirt and standing in front of a 43 britsh recon car and i did tell the owner he should have been flying the britsh flag instead though.....it would be cool for driving down the road though....

I'm sorry that I missed that show. I was going to go but then got devoured by the couch. 
I'm still trying to figure out that motor too. Knowing Elkhorn and the kind of community it is I'm thinking that it's a tractor engine but I'm just taking a guess.
if you look at the pics of it i think it might be. i know it looks like a turbo on there also i think....i did take sevral pics of that car and motor in the ablum
Thats a Deutz air-cooled diesel. Elkhorn was a good show this year. Lil muddy, but whats a Madison Classics event without the mud?
Also that VW caddy was, as I was told, a Canadian export version and was definitely factory as the rear glass had the VW/Audi logos on it like OEM glass. Not a custom, bodywork was way too nice and factory. And its "Elkhorn" For crying out loud, its printed in 20 foot letters on the water tower, with a big horn for the "O"
