The seat you pick depends on how much you like donuts and cheeseburgers. Any seat that will fit without requiring a tunnel notch will require you to be built like an F1 driver. 

Heh, I am DEFINITELY not built that way -- 6' and 240 lbs.  It does partly depend on where your fat is distributed though.

Height matters too, as I would have needed to notch less if I could get more layback, but the layback was determined by leg length to roll bar.

One thing I learned for sure during that whole process was that millimeters matter...
